We loved the comfy beds and the clean rooms, but the breakfast selection was a bit limited and could use some more variety. Chur for the waffle machine!

The mountain view from my room was beautiful, room chairs were uncomfortable.

missingWrote a review on Jul 01limited storage
The bedroom felt cramped, with minimal storage space for luggage. Noise from the adjacent highway was a constant distraction, even with the windows shut, and breakfast options lacked variety with underwhelming quality after a few days. Free gym access was a plus, but you'd quickly find the available dining options nearby limited, leaving you scavenging for meals if you didn’t plan ahead. The room temperature control was tricky too, the climate would warm up quickly, necessitating some strategic window opening that wasn't always ideal.

I stayed in a Standard Double or Twin Room with Free Gym Access for four nights. The room was clean and equipped with a comfortable bed that made for great nights of sleep. The bathroom was spacious and had a fantastic shower, while the presence of multiple UK channels on TV added a nice touch. Breakfast offered a variety of options, making each morning enjoyable as well.
The location was a bit limited for dining options nearby.

The vibrant lounge with its colorful glass artwork felt like a bright spot in my day, and the layout made it easy for my friends to navigate with their wheelchairs.
More comfortable seating in common areas, please.

Amazing Views and Great Stay
We had a fantastic time here, especially enjoying our top-floor room with enormous windows that offered breathtaking views. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a good selection that made each morning enjoyable. The nearby Viking village restaurant was a highlight for us, and the friendly service made our stay even better. the mattress slipped off the frame during the night, which wasn't ideal.

Incredible, Incredible, Incredible
The breakfast was a feast of fresh options, including fluffy pancakes and a delightful array of pastries that fueled our Icelandic adventures! I was blown away by the massive windows in our room, offering breathtaking views—not just of the landscape, but with a chance to catch the mesmerizing Northern Lights! The staff went above and beyond by preparing breakfast bags for our early departure, which made us feel so well taken care of.
100% recommend 🥰✨

The Standard Double Twin Gym Access room was clean and modern. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The shower had amazing water pressure, which was a nice touch. Plus, I loved the large windows that offered plenty of natural light. But the lumpy pillows weren’t great for my neck, and I wished there were more snacks available in the hotel.

The breakfast spread is pretty solid, offering a good mix of cooked options and fresh pastries, ideal for fueling up before exploring the sights around. The rooms are comfortable with notable large windows, providing decent views of the Icelandic landscape, especially if your room is on the backside during the snowy season.
The noise from the main road can be a real nuisance at night, making it tough to catch some Zs. It’s not the easiest place to snag late-night grub. you're pretty much stuck with Domino's after 10 PM. the bus stop situation isn’t great—if you’re counting on Reykjavik Excursions, good luck figuring out the bus transfers, since the closest stop isn’t right outside. Some rooms can become a bit too warm, and while there's no air conditioning, cracking the window helps for a bit, but it may not be enough during hotter nights.
